Andrea Cleveland, 16, Corsica, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at Avera McKennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, as the result of a car accident. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Armour High School gym, Armour. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Armour. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Armour, with a 7:30 p.m. wake service.  Arrangements are under the direction of Koehn Brothers Funeral Home, Armour.

Andrea Renae Cleveland was born to Jeff and Marlene (Harrington) Cleveland in Armour. She was born on Sept. 8, 1995.

She was a sophomore at Corsica High School, where she was involved in golf, volleyball, middle school basketball, chorus and cheerleading.

Andrea was very active in her faith and was a baptized and confirmed member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Armour, where she was an altar server.

Andrea loved to camp, swim, golf, watch movies, hunt, going to NASCAR races at Kansas Speedway and driving around with cousins and friends.

She enjoyed working at Midwest Cheese with her best friend, Kerri, working at Country Corner Bed and Breakfast and babysitting.

Andrea's fun-loving personality touched so many people from surrounding communities near and far. In keeping with Andrea's loving and generous spirit, it was her decision to donate life so others may live. Andrea is our hero.

Grateful for sharing her life are her parents, Jeff and Marlene, Corsica; brothers: Jeris and Justin, both of Corsica; John and wife Julie, Ellenton, Fla.; a sister, Angie, Corsica; grandparents: Robert and Audrey Cleveland, Montrose; and Fran Harrington, Armour; great-grandmother, Pauline Whirley, Platte; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates and friends.

She was preceded in death by her cousin, Alex; and grandfather, Harold Harrington.
