From the SD Highway Patrol report: Trooper Bock investigated a minor injury crash in Rapid Valley. The driver of a car ran a stop sign and hit a minivan. A Pennington County Deputy arrived shortly after the crash to find the occupants of the car screaming at the driver of the minivan. Trooper Bock arrived on scene to assist.
